More than lived up to their reputation as quality builders
Millenium came recommended by our architect, Michael Morris. We saw a project they had worked on together and were very impressed by the quality of the work, and their enthusiasm. They have more than lived up to their reputation as quality builders. They set, and achieved very high standards of workmanship for themselves, and for all their contractors. They are perfectionists, and took great pride in their ability to resolve the challenges the building project threw up. Their planning, attention to detail, consultation with the architect and careful supervision of all stages of the works showed that doing it properly, not just getting it done was clearly their guiding principle.
We were also impressed with their professionalism in the business aspects of their work, particularly organisation and logistics, record keeping and accounting. We liked their serious and committed approach to occupational health and safety. This combination of building and business skills meant the project was completed on time and on budget.
Most of all, we loved their enthusiasm for, and obvious pleasure in the building design, the materials, the quality of their work, and all other aspects of the project. They seemed to get as much pleasure as we did out of creating a beautiful home. So happy are we with Millennium that even before they had completed our house, we embarked on another building project and retained them to do that, as well.

I engaged with Millenium Constructions to do an extension on my period house in Malvern. I had a budget to consider and a time frame to meet. Millenium constructions offered me a great new design, one that would add space and convenience to my existing house configuration, while keeping with all period attributes and features of my house.
The construction took about 5 months in total to complete. In that time Mark and the boys totally demolished the back of the house including roof, floor and walls. This was necessary to get the “new” part of the house ready and was the starting point for the boys to reconstruct a new floor, roof line and include all new wiring.
I found all the trades men to be considerate and trustworthy as I wanted to be in my house for Christmas and, they worked right up until almost 6 o’clock the night before Christmas.
I would definitely recommend Millenium Constructions for any building work, they achieved everything I asked for, were always on time and punctual, went beyond my requirements and liaised with councils and planning departments on my behalf.

We have used Millenium Maintenance and Construction to renovate our North Melbourne home on three different occasions over 10 years. Each time they have worked within the established budget, got the job finished when they said they would and overcame any obstacles that cropped up.

Project completed within agreed budgets
Millenium Maintenance and Construction have completed a major renovation which involved the common hallways on a property that we manage. Work involved repairs to plaster, painting, installation of additional wall sections, fitting of lighting systems and installation of a number of architectural design elements.
The works were completed in a professional manner, to a high standard, with quality finishes. Communication was open and a co-operative approach was adopted with the project completed within agreed budgets and time frames observed. Follow up on matters was undertaken professionally and the integrity of the site presentation during the works was maintained at a high level.
